3-Inch Speakers for Small Enclosures
A new line of surface-mount, ceiling-mount and in-wall 3” speakers is available from Phase. They can be installed to kitchen backsplashes, stairs, patio areas, or in the home office.
SPF-15—a surface=mount, 3-inch (76mm) speaker that incorporates a 3-inch polypropylene full-range driver with butyl rubber sound. The speaker is easy to install. It requires no tools to lock the speakers positioning. The mounting system rotates 0 to 90 degrees and connects to a wall plate that swivels 173 degrees in both directions. Available in black or white—70V transformer option available.
CI 1.5—a round ceiling-mount speaker that also incorporates a 3-inch polypropylene full-range driver with butyl rubber surround in a shallow 3.75-inch (95mm) backcan. The grill comes in black or white, and is also paintable. Its components are weatherized for durability in outdoor or indoor uses. 70-100V transformer included for simple installation.
CI 15—Much like the CI 1.5, this square in-wall speaker provides a 3-inch polypropylene full-range driver with butyl rubber surround in a 3.75-inch backcan. It is also available in black or white, and is paintable. A theft resistant grill is available, and a 70-100V transformer is included.
CI-MM3 II—This speaker is an update to Phase’s popular 3-inch in-wall Spacia speaker. The CI-MM3 II fits in a standard double gang box or mud ring, which makes for an easier installation in areas like the kitchen, foyer, or bathroom. The grill is snapped on to give a clean appearance, and is paintable, as well.
CineMicro Speakers
CineMicro is Phase Technology’s new line of high-grade speakers for home theater applications. The 5.1 CineMicro One system is made up of four satellite speakers, a dual-woofer center channel speaker and an 8-inch long throw subwoofer in all wood, acoustically neutral enclosures. The system can be expanded to accommodate 6.1, 7.1, or 7.2 audio requirements.
These new 5.1 and 7.1 reference speakers were designed to generate big, high-quality sound from small enclosures. The speakers handle 100 watts per channel.
CineMicro One comes in a high-gloss piano black finish, and they can be easily mounted or placed on shelves.
Wireless Subwoofers
The PC SUB WL is Phase Technology’s wireless subwoofer that brings intense bass performance, and gives wireless convenience. It features a downward-firing active woofer and front-firing passive bass radiator, and is enclosed in a curved cabinet, which reduced distortion from standing waves.
Sizes are available in 8”, 10”, and 12”—it can be used with any system, and comes in a high-gloss black or satin cherry.
